MEK was an excellent host from start to finish. When I arrived, he was personally making sure the vehicle was clean, prepared, and ready to hit the road. The car was well maintained, dependable, and exactly what you want from a Turo rental.
On the day of my return, I ended up running later than expected. I spoke with MEK over the phone, and he was incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Since he couldn’t be there in person, he gave me clear and easy instructions for returning the vehicle, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
Great communication, reliable vehicle, and a host who genuinely cares about the experience. 10/10... I would absolutely rent from MEK again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.
