The truck was immaculate. The handoff was so easy and, let’s talk about the cybertruck. Before you judge :), drive it. I was floored at how amazing it was. The FSD, the handling. So incredibly cool. I hope to rent it again in the future. It is the future. Such a fun experience and such a wonderful host.
The host was great, even when I chose to change to their other pickup and drop-off location the day before. The biggest inconvenience was that the car wasn’t fully charged when I picked it up. They’d plugged it in at the airport but it hadn’t charged for some reason. So not really their fault. Great car. Would rent it again.
Being able to set pickup and drop off at my house was so convenient. Ken communicated well, was early with drop off, answered all my questions, and his 21’ model S was charged, clean, and stupid quick. I might not rent it again without free charging or a 220 outlet in my garage to plug into, but I absolutely loved the car. I’m glad I booked an extra day at the front of my roadtrip just to get used to teslas for the first time, figuring out ALL the features, time well spent. Superchargers are everywhere, it was never difficult to get charged, and the process is the easiest possible. Park, plug, unplug, drive, pay later.
