The car pickup was great, good location. The car was in excellent condition and served its purpose well. Was comfortable to drive in and we had no mechanical or electrical issues of any kind. Hosts were communicative and answered questions which was really appreciated. If we ever have a trip with a need for a van again we will definitely rent again!

Literally the smoothest car rental experience I’ve had, and they accommodated me on multiple occasions for changing things or when I had to ask for help. They’d respond in minutes every time, I was so surprised. Halle Jeanne was a wonderful host. Thank you and I’ll be back for my next rental and point all my friends and family who visit to Nomad :)

Wow, I love this car! Now I want one. Capable, safe, manageable. I wish I had asked for a demo video on the back up camera situation since I am technically challenged, but the windows and mirrors are so sufficient that I felt comfortable and successfully backed the car as needed. Would rent again.

We rented this 2018 Ford Transit from Friday to Sunday and had a really great experience. The van was very clean, ran well, and drove smoothly the entire trip. We especially appreciated the 12-volt USB power adapter with multiple USB ports. It made it easy to keep phones and devices charged while on the road. There was plenty of space, and the host removed two seats in the back ahead of time as we requested, which helped a lot with luggage and storage. That flexibility made traveling much easier. Communication with the host was excellent, and pickup and drop off were simple and seamless. Everything worked exactly as expected. Overall, this was a five star rental with no issues at all. Great van, smooth ride, and an easy experience. I would definitely rent this again.

Super easy pickup and drop off. Van drives great. Interior was clean 8/10. Only complaint was I wish I knew the rear seats didn’t fold down for luggage.

The van was perfect, really made the trip nice since we didn’t have to take multiple cars. And Kelli was super responsive when I had a question about the car. Amazing experience, would definitely rent again if the need arises.

Spacious, Clean, and Perfect for a Family Road Trip We rented this 2022 Ford Transit for a family road trip to Idaho and had a great experience from start to finish. The van was very clean, smelled good, and felt comfortable for everyone. We had a large family group and there was plenty of seating with the driver and passenger seats plus multiple rows in the back. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the extra charging ports inside were a big help for keeping devices powered during the trip. One feature we really appreciated was the built-in shelving in the back. It made it easy to organize and store luggage and containers, which kept the cabin area open and comfortable throughout the drive. Pick up and drop off were simple and seamless, and communication with the host was excellent. Everything about the process was easy and straightforward. Overall, this was a five out of five star experience. We would absolutely rent this van again and would gladly book with this host in the future.

5 stars all around. The truck was extremely clean, in great condition, and very comfortable. I’m 6’4” and I had plenty of room. Loved the giant screen dash for maps and music. Jarrod was excellent to work with. We missed our original flight into Provo and had to reroute into Salt Lake City, which completely changed our pickup plans. Fortunately, we reached him before he had left for Provo, and he was incredibly accommodating. He adjusted the delivery location and brought the truck to Salt Lake City for us instead. His communication was fast, clear, and thorough throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or rental experience. Jarrod went above and beyond to work with our unexpected travel changes, the truck was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely rent from him again.
