Johan was an outstanding host from start to finish! He went above and beyond by sending detailed photos showing exactly where the car was parked for pickup, which made finding it absolutely effortless. Our flight arrived a little bit earlier and Johan was able to accommodate for an earlier pick up time without a hassle. The car was spotless inside and out, and he thoughtfully left it with a completely full tank of gas. The vehicle drove beautifully with no issues whatsoever - smooth, reliable, and exactly as described. Johan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental process, making everything stress-free. I’d definitely rent from Johan again and highly recommend him to other Turo users. Fantastic communication and patience with us, as this was our first Turo experience. Car was clean when we picked it up and in great working condition. It met our needs for a very long road trip that we needed extra packing space for (hockey gear, suitcases, and three passengers). We would rent this vehicle again (as well as others by Westmont Ventures).

This was a great car. It arrived clean. The owner was very kind as for driving the car. The rear window is kind of small, so it was an adjustment but other than that, the car handled pretty well. Make sure to pump your brakes on icy roads in this car. As this one did actually sip around, even with all the proper things engaged. So even though this car is a sporty awesome car, treat her with respect and be careful.Don't drive her like she's a humvee just because she's a jeep driver more like she's a lexus because she's a fancy jeep lol!

Returned 3 hrs earlier, but the car was excellent and conferrable. Will use vehicle again in the future. Host was great at communicating and SUV was clean.

The car was just what we wanted. Very clean and in great condition.

I was pretty satisfied with the jeep I was really happy to see that it wasn’t as loud or bumpy of a ride as I thought it would be. And gas wasn’t bad for the driving that I did only 170. the car when I received it was pretty clean I had no mechanical issues with it no lights turned on overall I felt safe because I was up in a snowy area and while I seen other cars sliding my car stayed where it was supposed to thank you owner

First time having a jeep, was a new experience, can't complain about it being clean due to booking last minute, other than that amazing car, amazing and responsive host.

The car was spacious for 2. Clean and tidy. The host, Jack, he was phenomenal. Quick to respond, very understanding. Overall, Jack, is someone I’ll recommend to another person to rent from. Thanks Jack for being an amazing host!!
