Car I booked was not available not notified until after I arrived to pick up original car. Given another car that was not clean but had not other option

Regarding the car it function well, Excellent, no problems, however, the communication regarding the location of the car was very poor. It never , ceases to blow me away with all our technology and ability to take photos and videos that they could not give a step-by-step way to get out of the phoenix SKYTRAIN with a picture of what you would be Seeing as well as photos of where to walk down the road (which had some construction apparently )since it was in a sketchy area and if this was in the night, I’d be VERY uncomfortable. Even the security guard said that most people go the wrong direction because the GPS brings them to a different spot. The only reason I was able to get to the location was because of the local security guard at another parking lot. And I am a very high-tech person. I understand how to use Apple Maps etc..

The windshield wipers are damaged. The tag is expired.

I always rent from LA auto but this car experience wasn’t my favorite.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
