Everything about our Turo process on our trip was fantastic. The communication and instructions from our hosts was excellent. The pick up process was simple and easy, and after a series of flight delays on our trip, they allowed us to keep the car for an extra evening and met us early the next morning outside of business hours to drop the car off. The car was clean and exactly as described.
