When I say this is my first experience ever dealing with turo Jerry was amazing nothing but accommodating he actually has me a little spoiled the car was so energy and gassy fishing it rode smoothly it was nice and clean and he went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated and comfortable I wouldn't have it any other way if you haven't rented with things to do what are you waiting for it was a 10 out of 10 experience and every time I rent a car it'll be with Jerry cuz he's number one!!!

1st experience with Turo and that was not as smoothly. But as far as the car rental agency and the car it was a 10/10. Car rides great, it was very clean, and fueled. Will definitely rent from AMC again.

This is my first time using Turo (and hopefully my last) and first time getting a rental car. Let me not talk about the overall Turo experience, and instead discuss this particular vehicle. First thing to understand is that this is a business, you’re not renting someone’s personal car. As such, the pickup process couldn’t have been easier. They have a lockbox with all the keys, and they will email you a code for your lockbox segment, input the code and grab your key. For drop off, simply do Turo’s process and place your key in a little hole in the lockbox. To Discuss the Car Itself: First thing make sure you don’t take pictures of the wrong car like I did. They have a little covering close to the building, and under that covering is where cars are returned. I didn’t realize this. So when I got the car, I did all my photos of another car (which also just so happened to be unlocked). By the time I realized I was in the wrong Corolla, I had wasted a significant portion of my time and was running behind. Make sure when you grab your key, you take your pictures and get in the right car (you can tell by the car noise when you go to unlock the vehicle). So being in a rush, and being groggy from picking it up early in the morning(along with it being dark when I picked it up), I only took a picture of the license plate because I saw that AMC already had pictures of the car. This was a big no-no. The car has slight damage on both the front left and front right bumper. One of the rims is also attached with a zip-tie. None of the damage is severe enough for you to notice it without paying attention. But imagine my surprise when I came out in the morning of the next day (with actual sunlight) and saw that. This level of damage is hard to see in pictures, but if you’re paying attention, it’s very noticeable in real life. So I’m hoping they don’t try to rip me off and claim I did it, because I absolutely most certainly did not. That’s the big thing to note. Make sure you take pictures of the right car, and document everything correctly. On to the car itself. It came with a full tank of gas (nice), the interior is in excellent condition (there’s the tiniest little hole tear in the driver seat chair, but it’s barely noticeable). The A/C works perfectly, excellent windshield wipers as well, mediocre sound system (but it’s a base model Corolla so can’t knock it for that), decent tires (better then what most people are using) with decent tread left, and the car was nice and tidy upon pickup. AirPlay/bluetooth pairing works perfectly as long as you know how to set it up correctly. Overall the car is in great condition and ready to carry you wherever you need to go. Overall I’d give the experience 5/5 stars, as long as the host doesn’t try to rip me off, this is an excellent rental.
