We had a last minute change in plans and they were super accommodating. There was a chance we’d miss our connector (which increased parking fees) well they left us some money for the extra unexpected fees. Talk about above and beyond! Fun little car to drive. This was probably one of the cleanest rental cars I have ever driven. The snacks, water and thank you card was awesome and unexpected. Host was great and accommodating to my drop off request.
