Everything was amazing, super easy pick up and drop off. Thank you!

There were no problems with this trip vehicle. I really didn't need the vehicle and didn't realize there was a no refund policy. The refund that was offered was very minimal. For future trips is a no refund policy always the case? I drove the car maybe maybe a total of 10 blocks for the 3 days.
