Car was a sturdy Toyota that will probably run forever. Had a weather emergency mid-trip (flash flooding in rural Illinois with lots of 2 lane roads and big trucks)- both Turo (via web site chat with bot and then real humans!) and host/owner made sure [the car and] I were and stayed safe. Thankful for the chance to visit family and cemeteries in rural communities after a significant family loss. This is a much more humane way to rent a car - what a great new model for shared resources!
Car was great. They were very accommodating to me extending the rental with ease. Will absolutely rent again.
The car looked a little rough on the outside but I do appreciate the discount and low price of the rental. Great drive and clean and well maintained inside the vehicle. Thank you for allowing me to rent the car

The car rental overall was good. There were a few surface dings on the car and accessing the car initially proved to be a bit difficult at first (due to the time that I was picking it up). However, it all worked out nicely. Thanks Adam.

Adam was the best host I’ve had so far his communication was the best whenever I had a problem he gave me the best solution and also help me walk through things in the app and the price is the cheapest for the best running cars if uou don’t book with Adam your missing out !and he also through in an discount just for booking !

Everything good. Just wish you could extend your trip. Hard to extend because they let someone else rent the vehicle before your trip ends

One of the best places to rent a car from the owners are very nice nd the cars are perfect
This was my first time renting a Turo car and will certainly not be my last!! The car was great (both zippy and safe), the pickup location was very convenient and the rental processes were stress-free. What a completely different experience! Thank you.

Best place to rent a car!! Great communication, Very flexible and excellent selection of cars.

Thanks Duncan for the reliable service. They are the best in the business!!
WOW! I was trying to find a rental because my car was totaled & I was freaking out because I needed a way to work! I live in rural Southern IL& work in STL. I remembered a friend mentioned Turo. I had tried for days to rent a vehicle but none of the big name rental companies ever had any available. To my surprise, it took me just a few minutes to book one of Adam’s cars. It’s no hassle & just like an Airbnb for vehicles! Love it! The staff & Adam are very cordial & it took probably less than 5 minutes & I was on my way. I will definitely rent from them again when the need arises. They were my Saviours!

This is my 3rd time renting one of their cars. They are always very to communicate with. The very few times I have had any issues that are very helpful. Will continue to use them

Car smoke like stail cigarettes, but great accommodation and communication from Adam's team!

Adam always has reliable cars at an affordable price. Easily one of the best hosts I've ever been able to communicate with. I recommend renting his cars if you don't want to break your budget.

These people were awesome! I rented a 2018 camry and the car was nice and clean.....drove great. Super cold air! I had an issue with one of the tires and Adam and Eva keep the communication quick and prompt with me the entire time. He also offered several different ways to reimburse me.....which ever worked best for me! I will definitely rent again and send my family and friends. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
