Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. I came from Saint Louis and I have rented a few cars from this location. #1 the odor was horrible. A lot of scents like they were trying to cover a smell. #2 the inside of this car was extremely worn and they put seat covers on that didn’t properly fit. I had to stop and get a rag to wipe the inside out. #3 The cigarette lighter adapter did not work and when I inquired, Julie, said ok well they can’t get to it today. Ummm excuse me ma’am the car was supposed to be prepped before I came and why not it is probably a fuse. After stating my argument she got someone fix it. #4 they do not keep up on the maintenance and this can be dangerous. The brakes squeaked and made a grinding sound. I was asked to come in and when I inquired if that was the only time and about my mileage allowance … communication ceased. If it wasn’t for my circumstances and needing a car right then and there I would have fought for my refund. Instead I kept the car and refuse to rent from them ever again. Only one car has been worthy of a 5 star review.

Smooth ride great car it has some damage on the outside but the car was great on mileage and gas

This was my 2nd time renting this vehicle first time was okay but only 1 charging port worked this time none of them worked, the hood doesn’t shut all the way, the drivers door swings open, there was a metal clinking noise when you go over any bumps in the road,

Car was inspected by an ASE mechanic and found no issue at all with car
If you’re looking for a reliable car, this is definitely it the exterior is little beat up. Looks like it might’ve been through a little bit of hail damage but it’s not too bad and it’s really good on gas. The host answered within the hour the only time I needed something. 10/10 would recommend.
