When I arrived, the car was dirty. It was not ready. I had to wait an hour until they washed it and vacuumed it out.
Thank you. As I explained, this vehicle had just been returned by the previous guest and required additional cleaning before your trip. Despite the delay, I still allowed you to keep the vehicle for an extra 3 hours to make up for the 1-hour delay, which you agreed to at the time.
I always try to be fair and accommodating with my guests, so I was honestly surprised by the 1-star review.

The rental and return process is so efficient. The only issue that I encountered with the car before returning was the battery died. I had to call AAA for assistance.
Thanks Nichole! Really glad the pickup and return were smooth. Sorry about the battery at the end that’s definitely not how we want a trip to finish. We’ve already taken care of it so it shouldn’t happen again. Appreciate you renting with us and hope to see you again!
