Miguel was extremely professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire rental experience. He even delivered the car directly to my hotel, which was very convenient.
I had to apologize because, due to jet lag from a long-haul flight, I wasn’t able to wake up in time for the initial delivery. Miguel was incredibly understanding and graciously returned later without any issues, which I greatly appreciated.
The car was in excellent condition, very well maintained, and performed flawlessly during my time driving around Los Angeles. I experienced no problems whatsoever.
