The car quality was great, smooth ride and clean car. The pick up location was okay when I got the right one (what is in the turo app doesn’t match the sent instructions). Another issue was I had to pay the parking cost to get the car out, although reimbursement is coming it was still an inconvenience. My communication with the host wasn’t that great I was pressed for time and even though I communicated as requested when I was 20minutes out (10min before reservation start time) I did not get to leave with car until about an hour after I arrived. Car was not yet at said destination, host response time was a little bad at the start, and when I asked about some kind of compensation for the delayed start I got ignored twice and still don’t have a resolution for that.

Nice car, clean and easy to drive. Pick up was easy (remote location just outside the airport). Drop off was also easy. Would recommend and would use again.
