Great host, very responsive. Car just smelled like cigarette smoke from previous person so not their fault.
Thank you. Unfortunately, some guests do not follow our no-smoking policy, and despite our best efforts to clean and ozone the vehicles, a lingering smell may still be present. I really apologize for the inconvenience.
