I am writing to dispute a charge on my recent rental agreement, 51452011 for the period of Friday November 21 5:00 pm to November 26 10:00 AM. The charge in question is for $273.62 after few hours the car started to have a transmission issues, reverse shifts wasn't working, then after parking the car it takes around 1 hour trying to turn on the car, the have a mechanical issues and interior smells cigarette and marihuana. After trying to call to assistance roadside he mention to pickup the car but it failed because of lack of communication So I decided to return the back at the location on Nov,23 at 8:36 am
I believe this charge is incorrect because I wasn't able to use the car.
Please do not rent this car.

Honestly, it got me from point a to b. Wasn’t terrible but the Car smelled like cigarettes and as if an animal was in there before. I had to air it out. The handle was sticky from being melted I guess. It makes a noise and has volume control. The owner was great though and reassured me if there were any issues with the car he would take care of it asap. It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best. The customer service was the best part of this whole experience.

Issues with window, radio has a volume lock so I couldn’t adjust to hear my calls for work, lost money because of business meetings I couldn’t join, car doesn’t drive normal, and there are burn holes on every seat, so car looks dirty inside! Inconvenienced me in many ways!
