Amazing experience! The car was super clean, ran perfectly, and pick-up/drop-off couldn’t have been easier. Had a family emergency and the host extended my rental with no upcharge — they didn’t have to do that and I’m so grateful. One of the best cars/hosts on Turo, hands down. 5 stars!

Picking up the car was easy. The car itself needs some work. There’s an unpleasant noise that happens every time you turn it on/adjust the AC and it lasts for about 30 seconds. The AC has a mind of its own. It would blow out hot air sometimes when it was set on 62 degrees. Occasionally the brakes would squeak. The Bluetooth settings were incredibly confusing and it was a bit frustrating. The car was pretty clean. It had a few little cosmetic issues but we didn’t care about that. It’s a good car for getting to and from the parks, it just had some unique quirks.

Car needs a little work - funny sound when the A/C is turned on. Host was nice and accommodating. There seemed to be an issue with the sunpass for my trip but, host made it right!

Car was great but is small. Not why I rated 3 stars. 3 stares because it died on us while we were in the middle of the road.
Other than that it was a car to get us from A-B
