Je ne peut malheureusement pas mettre de note au-dessus de 3 car la voiture n’était pas très bien entretenue. Et je ne parle pas du fait de les voyageurs avant moi on était irrespectueux. Je parle du fait que les joints des fenêtre ce décolle ou a disparu. Sinon le propriétaire est très sympa et réactif rien à redire la dessus.

I contacted the host about some issues with vehicle with no response. I had to deal with these issues all week. No communication is a problem to me.

Our car broke down due to Transmission issues, but the host was communicative and offered a swap. Turo Support was horrible and kept on hold for over 4 hours that day.

Amazing experience! The car was super clean, ran perfectly, and pick-up/drop-off couldn’t have been easier. Had a family emergency and the host extended my rental with no upcharge — they didn’t have to do that and I’m so grateful. One of the best cars/hosts on Turo, hands down. 5 stars!
