Steven was great, it was a quick convenient vehicle. You can tell that someone smoked in it but other than that it worked perfectly

This car worked. However, the biggest upset was the front passenger seat did not have a working seat belt. Due to this, my husband had to ride in the back with the kids. This was reported to host on day one and no attempt to fix it or offer any suggestions about it was made. I found this strange and upsetting, honestly. The car should not be rented out in this condition unless the renter knows that and is okay with it. The check engine light came on twice while on the trip and was reported immediately to the host who said it may have been due to a gas cap. There was no gas cap-it’s an eco fill so…not sure. The driver side back tire went low twice and we reported it and filled it both times. No visible damage to the tire was present, just lower pressure. Easy fix, but just not super convenient. The host was responsive when I told him of problems but never said anything about the seatbelt not working and I mentioned it multiple times. That’s rude. One last thing, upon starting the car, it would randomly have the music volume start at the highest level and it would startle my kids and myself. We simply turned it down as soon as possible and it did not do it every time, just most of the time. Like I mentioned, this car worked and was a cheaper rental. However, I would not recommend the car.
Thank you for the feedback. After your return of the car we buckled the seat belts on all 5 seats without issue and have done so several times thereafter with no issue on any of the seats belts of the car whatsoever since you brought that to our attention. The cars volume is set to the last volume it was when it was turned off. So if you had the volume high when you turned it off it will be high when you turn it back on. I hope we’re able to accommodate you again on your next trip to Orlando ☀️
