It was a functional car overall but I think it could have been a little cleaner.

I received the car and a few days later the driver side door couldn’t be opened from the outside I had to crawl from passenger to either enter or unlock the car. A few days later the car started running hot the host asked me to buy coolant and put in vehicle to where he would reimburse me. I did just that. Sent him the receipt then I’m asking him for the money he doesn’t reply I go through Turo they informed me I should have done that and it’s in the policy book. Let’s be honest who really reads that. I wouldn’t recommend nor would I rent from this company again.

Great experience renting this 2016 Ford Focus from Steven. The car was in good condition, clean, and drove well throughout my trip. The pickup location was very convenient and made the whole process quick and easy. Steven was easy to deal with, and I would definitely rent from him again.
