Car photos NOT like ad. Side swipes, long deep scratches, dents, rust and big tacky stickers on car. Had to pay $37 parking fee that was NOT in original receipt NOR stated prior to purchase. Experienced hostile drivers on road from rude bumper sticker on back of car. Was definitely scammed, but we would’ve been charged had we canceled at pickup. SO disappointing for first time Turo purchase. The car was technically legal and drivable.

The car had one low beam light out and one high beam light out so neither lights worked properly. While on the trip we found an active AirTag that was following our location without our knowledge. It violated Turo’s own terms and agreements! My iPhone notified me that there was an active AirTag and that the owner could actively see our location. I went to my personal property as well as my work. It felt like a major invasion of privacy.

Really great vehicle overall! Vehicle ran smoothly, windshield wipers worked well. Wasn’t able to connect Bluetooth for some reason (kept saying “please wait”) and wanted to return the vehicle early but was unclear on some of the return instructions! Wanted to make sure I had everything right before I left it.
