Paid for early pick up and they took 1.5 hours to alert me the car is ready. Originally told me it would be an off site location after paying for airport pick up. They proceeded to ignore all of my texts and calls for well over an hour. I was about 10 minutes away from having to cancel and find a whole new plan until I called another number (I had tried multiple off the Turo app and online on their website). Poor communication
