Car was okay. The issue was extending for only a few hours they wanted more than 3 times the normal daily rate. The rates are set by the host.

We understand you were trying to extend for few hours; Turo’s works on a daily rate and not hourly. Yes that would have added an additional days charge to your trip if you had extended. We did accommodate all your additional requests!
