First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to this host. He was always available, very responsive, and truly willing to help at any moment. During my rental, I accidentally left the keys locked inside the trunk and couldn’t get back into the car. I was extremely stressed and panicked because I was in a completely new place and didn’t know anyone around. I called him right away, and he answered literally within seconds. He immediately helped me and solved the problem in just a few moments. I was so grateful because that situation was really stressful for me. Throughout the whole rental, he was always kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions I had. He always tried his best to help and give advice whenever I needed it. This made me feel much more comfortable and safe, especially being in a new place. I truly appreciate his kindness, quick response, and support. I highly recommend renting from him, and I would definitely rent again in the future. Thank you so much for making this experience easy and stress-free!

Jimmy is a great host, communication was on point! Van was clean, easy to drive and I had no problems. They dropped off the van earlier than the drop off time which was great, so I didn’t have to worry about that. I will definitely rent from Jimmy again, especially this van!

Rick was an amazing host and we feel lucky to have rented hot pepper on our vacation! He went above and beyond and really gave the island vibe of aloha. Red pepper was well cared for/maintained, clean, had seat covers to deal with the inevitable sand that makes it into the car as much as you try to get it off beforehand, and a good amount of pep for fun. Thank you Rick for a lovely trip, we will definitely rent from you on our next trip to the island!
