This was my first time using Turo. Ravi was there for both pickup & return, despite my return being past 10pm. He had the keys in hand, mask and gloves on (it’s covid-19 season). The car was fresh from a car wash, clean, neat, and super smooth to drive. I even got to connect my phone via Bluetooth and listen to my favorite music/podcasts! (Definitely forgot to remove my phone from the vehicle system, I’m sorry Ravi!) it also had a few charging ports and a phone holder. My iPhone11 fit perfectly on it. Ravi is truly great, and I enjoyed having such a sweet, and gas-efficient ride for my tri-state errands. Oh, and tolls? The car had an EZPass! The process works like this: Once the charges are processed on Ravi’s EZPass, Ravi requests a reimbursement via the Turo app. I received the car with a full tank of gasoline, and most certainly returned it as such. ☺️
