This was actually my first TURO experience. Aleena was wonderful to work with! The car was clean, well-maintained, and an excellent value for the price. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, making the entire rental experience stress-free. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and she was responsive and easy to work with. Reamil's Jeep definitely made this trip. We were on the fence with even renting a car in the first place but having one to use whenever we wanted was well worth the valet fees at the hotel. Reamil was flexible with our pickup time as our transfer from the airport took longer than expected. When we picked up the Jeep, my first thought was that it did not look like the typical rental. The lift, 35 inch tires, and atypical color made this thing stand out. Plus, it had a fresh detail which was much appreciated. All the other Jeeps we looked at were either the standard OEM hard-top with Freedim Panels or soft-top, both of which require you exit the vehicle to open up. This Jeep was equipped with the Sky One-Touch Power Top which is a game changer. Just hit a button and the top retracts to a full, panoramic open top. This came in handy when the rain started falling and you could close the top without stopping. Without a doubt, the best vehicle with the best configuration for an epic Hawaii trip!
