Start to finish couldn’t have been a more accommodating rental. We had an issue with my newly changed last name post marriage as we landed. Elio was on it, he was incredibly helpful and there every step of the way. Then we realized we had booked the car for a shorter trip than we anticipated. He went above and beyond to ensure we could rent another vehicle of theirs. So much so that he delivered it to us hours away from the Atlanta airport where we originally picked up the vehicle. We would rent a car from Elio and his wife on every single trip if we could. I’ve never met such generous and kind people in my life this far. If we could rate 10 stars we would.
