The old man’s rude , I had to wash the car when I got it because the inside and outside was dirty. Vehicle also overheats. But the car got me from A to B.

This guest does not follow instructions and has no communication at all. We warned him the car was sending us signals via the FordPass App that the engine was overheating perhaps for over speeding in a Hwy to SC, and told him what to do ASAP but never answered our messages neither returned our calls. Finally, he left the wrong car key inside the lockbox at drop off and was instructed to return the car key immediately, which he luckily did perhaps because he could not start his own vehicle.
This was the best trip and rental we have ever had. Thank you for the smooth process and easy instructions. This will be my provider when I come to Georgia!
