This little car was a joy to rent. Easy to maneuver and didn't take much to fill it up, even though I only used premium gas. Sid was professional and easy to conversate with. Any time I reached out to him, he responded IMMEDIATELY or at LEAST w/in 5-10 mins. Instructions for pick up and return was clear and easy to understand. One thing, if you have long legs like I DO, you may want to skip this one. That's the only thing, my legs were cramped, but I should've known better for the type of vehicle this is. I guess I got caught up in the cuteness. Would I book it again, yes.

Have no experience with an electric vehicle, the host took the time to walk me through simple procedures and dealing with the vehicle when it was delivered. Timely, communication, professional, integrity, and technical support is why I would rent from this host again. I say honesty, because I noticed a ding, however, small, on the bumper, and when reviewing my pictures did not notice it due to the glare on the bumper. When I reported the incident to Turo, the host got back to me and said that that ding was definitely there before I rented the vehicle. They could a very well held me liable for the damage and truthfully, I wouldn’t have known any better, but they were very quick to say that that it was there before I took possession. In today’s day and age it doesn’t get much better than that.
