It was also really good on gas, which was a huge plus and made the rental even more convenient. The entire process from beginning to end was easy, smooth, and stress-free. I had such a great experience renting this Toyota RAV4 in Palm Springs—truly a 5-star rental from start to finish. The car itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for getting around comfortably in the desert heat. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly kind and accommodating the owners were. I ran into multiple issues with the Turo app (completely out of their control), and they went above and beyond to help me navigate everything and make sure I was taken care of. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I would 100% rent from them again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend
