Easy pick up and drop off. Car was very clean inside. A/C blows super cold even when it's 100 degrees out!! The windows are not tinted so I suggest bringing your own sun shades if you are going to be parked anywhere but the shade in the summer. Luckily I had those and that made my trip much better. The flip down visors do have the extenders to help block sun while driving thankfully. Charging prices are comparable to current gas prices - about $45 to get 250 miles of charge over a few sessions which is the same as I get from a full tank in my Toyota Yaris. This car DOES have the CHAdeMO fast charge input so it's 30-50 seconds per mile to charge depending on the fast charger & whether you're running the car (AC/radio) or it's fully off. Radio speakers were a little blown out so I had to adjust some settings to listen to my audiobooks but it was easy to do. I had no problem driving from the pickup spot to Kyle, then to the airport, and back into town without needing a charge which was about 90 miles, mostly highway. Just like any Turo rental make sure to take your own photos at pickup and drop off since scratches and such aren't usually documented after every drive by the car owners which seems standard in my experience. Overall a great deal, best price in town especially for a last minute rental. I requested the rental at 9pm on a Tuesday after my personal car died and was able to get this the next morning with no issue. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need a rental near by. Thanks again!

Overall, we had a very good experience! Picking up the car was much easier than at a traditional rental car agency — you just take the key and you’re ready to go! The car was absolutely spotless and worked perfectly. We drove from Austin to Fredericksburg and back without any issues. The car felt very stable, had good speed, and felt solid and reliable. Perfect for our trip! Returning the car was also relatively easy. You leave it at one of the stations Gregg indicates, take a few photos, charge the car, leave the keys, and you’re done! We actually didn’t need to charge it during our trip, which was wonderful. The only thing I would improve is the communication and instructions. For the pickup, we received an explanation that was a little confusing, and we initially went to the wrong location where the car wasn’t there. Regarding charging, we received information about many different places where we could charge the car, and I wasn’t quite sure why there were so many options. Also, keep in mind that returning the car involves more than simply dropping it off: you need to take photos, upload them, charge the car, and leave the keys. If you’re new to the process, I would recommend allowing around 30 minutes for the checkout. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely rent this car again!
The rental was super easy to get started on arrival and at drop off. The host is very responsive. The car was very clean, no odd smells. I did notice the brakes squeaked at times but otherwise worked great. It was great having the phone holder on the dash for gps use as well. I would definitely rent again.

I was confused about how to find the car to pick it up, but it was because the info about how to find it was delayed - the text message w directions arrived after I arrived at the address. Once I received the message, it was easy to find the car. All the rest of the trip was great.

Great host, car really is only for taking a trip to just work and small small errands. Didn’t know it only goes up to 80 miles full tank. Also not all EV charging ports fit the car and will need an adapter.

The car drove excellently, easy to handle, works with Apple Carplay/Android Auto! Price is virtually unbeatable for the quality. Would definitely recommend and return for future Austin trips.
