The car is okay. However, the communication was not the best, and it didn't allow for a lot of flexibility. The pick-up location was also quite scratchy
Hi Yulia, thanks for the feedback. The pickup location was selected by you at booking. We replied to every message within 2 minutes and accommodated 10 separate changes during your trip. The issue arose when you wanted to keep the car over a day past your reservation without extending through the app. Turo's Terms of Service require trip modifications to be made formally — we simply can't allow unbooked extensions. We're glad the car worked well for you!
