I found communication with co-host passive-aggressive and petty. She responded to my inquiry in a condescending tone and then gave me the wrong lockbox code twice before giving me the correct one on the third try.

I’m really sorry to hear about your disappointment. I believe our co-host sent a message about the pick up location. However, it may have been sent in the wrong order so it came out a little confusing. Also, sorry about the lock box, we do change the codes for security reasons and we forgot to upload the current one to her system. That is completely our fault. And we are sorry for that. I hope we have the opportunity to make this back up to you, we have sent u a discounts code.
