The vehicle did not fully match the condition shown in the listing photos. There were several minor cosmetic damages on the exterior, and the interior showed noticeable wear, including torn seats and a damaged armrest. On a positive note, the vehicle performed very well mechanically and provided a smooth, reliable ride throughout the trip. I did not need to contact the host during my rental, so I am unable to comment on their communication or response time.

Not a good trip overall the host was horrible and try to charge my card for tolls fee after ai used my own toll pass not recommended
All vehicles rented through Turo are equipped with a SunPass transponder for toll payments. Even if a personal SunPass account is used, tolls may still be registered through the vehicle’s transponder, which is why they appeared on our account.
This informativo and the vehicle instructions were provided at the beginning of the trip. Unfortunately, there may have been some confusion regarding how the toll system works in the vehicle.
