This is the second time I’ve rented from them and both times the cars were absolutely filthy

From the moment I booked the car to the moment I dropped off was efficient. Clear communication, clear instructions, quick response time above all else. I felt confident and safe, knowing that I had a team working with me. They were so helpful as far as giving tips on how to use the car and recommendations for charging stations. The car itself was smooth sailing took a little to no time to get the hang of! I had so much fun driving this car, and my kids loved it Paying for charging was much more efficient than fuel for us, thank you so much and will definitely be renting again!

I had a subpar experience with Toro regarding the Tesla I recently rented. Initially, I noticed exterior and interior damage, but I was willing to overlook it due to time constraints. However, upon attempting to start the vehicle around 2:30, it wouldn't connect. I promptly contacted them, and after a twenty-minute troubleshooting attempt, they assured me someone would assist. Unfortunately, it took approximately an hour for help, forcing me to use my own vehicle, resulting in a doubled trip and significant inconvenience. The following day, Toro retrieved the vehicle, as I had informed them I wouldn't be returning to the car. Throughout the process, Toro maintained transparency with me. While I don't intend to disparage the company, my experience was undoubtedly poor. I'm now focused on obtaining a refund, as I didn't drive the vehicle and am unwilling to pay for a service I didn't utilize.
