I will start with, I have owned a same model Tesla for 3 years.
There was significant damage to the front driver side fender, damage under passenger side rear door, molding on the driver side pillar coming undone, passenger side front door makes a weird noice when closed because the door rubs with the rear passenger door when closes, mirrors are always at a different setting when vehicle is used after being parked regardless of previously saved settings, and none of these items were identified prior to pick up.
Degraded vehicle range was previously identified, but not the fact that it still takes about 40-50 minutes for a full charge that will only give you about 180 miles.
If vechile sentry is left on it will use about 40-50 miles range in a 24 hour period.
Not too happy with this rental and I have rented many times with Turo.
We did not meet expectations & have updated our language so, hopefully no future guests will be surprised.
We are rethinking our processes, and the fit of this car for our fleet. It is very popular and booked well in advance; most guests give it 5 stars (4.95/5). However, this leaves little margin for maintenance cancelations. The battery consumption weather is rarely but repeatedly a pain point for our guests.

Loved the car, it just dies super quick
We’re sorry that the car did not meet your expectations. We do try to be clear that its range is limited compared to our other vehicles when guests book it. It’s quite good for local travel and most are happy with it (4.95/5 stars).

Very helpful. There was a slight issue with the car before I picked it up and I was informed and offered the option to cancel. It ended up not being an issue and the car was great. I would definitely rent again.
