The car was absolutely fantastic! The host was even better, honestly. Solick was very attentive and helped us out with every step of the process, plus anytime we needed to ask something he was so quick to respond. Definitely going to rent from Solick again whenever we’re back in Vancouver. This was our first time in a Tesla and it was phenomenal, the car drove so nicely, quietly, and was just a smooth ride overall, but really, the host made it even better. Thank you so much, Solick! 😁

We had a great experience with Autoflow for our car rental. The car was professionally cleaned and in amazing condition and they were very responsive since to all our questions and requests. Highly recommend! If you rent a Tesla, be aware that you either need to buy/borrow a Lebel 2 adapter for charging at non-Tesla stations.

This Tesla was exceptionally well-maintained, and the battery condition was so good that we didn't have to worry about charging, making it the perfect vehicle for a road trip. Amin was extremely responsive and supportive, always checking in on our needs and providing timely assistance whenever we needed it. Furthermore, he always kept a warm smile and a super friendly attitude, which made us feel completely at ease and ensured we had a wonderful travel experience. Couldn’t be happier with my rental experience. Car was charged, car seat was installed, and the best part was the pickup being so close to the baggage claim. It was a much easier pickup and drop off experience than I expected. I was traveling with two small kids and this was the best car rental experience I have ever had. The car itself was in perfect condition. Will rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Great first Turo experience and first time driving an EV. Loved the Tesla: quiet, comfortable, and the self-driving features were great. The return was a little awkward due to needing to charge elsewhere and a change in the drop off parking location, then having to walk the key to the lockbox in original pickup location in an alleyway, but overall a great experience and I’d definitely rent again.

The trip was great, and the pick-up and drop-off of the Tesla Model 3 were very easy and straightforward. The Tesla was very clean, the interior was in perfect condition, and everything was great overall. The car drove very well and we really enjoyed the experience. However, there was one incident where the trunk lid was accidentally damaged. It was not our fault, and there was no misuse or incorrect operation on our part. The damage occurred due to a malfunction in the Tesla’s closing mechanism. The remaining question is how the host will handle this situation in the end.

The car is not a real Long Range its a standard range plus app shows it wrong! Other then that Jim is a great host and very flexible 👍🏼 would rent again thank you for the service

We had an excellent experience renting Qian’s Tesla Model 3. The car was brand new condition, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. Qian was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip. He even went out of his way to arrange a 110V mobile charger after I mentioned that our Airbnb did not have a 220V outlet. He also promptly notified us when there were charging or locking issues, which was very helpful. Pickup and return were smooth, and Qian was flexible and accommodating when our travel plans changed. The child car seat, phone mount, and Full Self-Driving access were also great additions. I highly recommend Qian and would gladly rent from him again!

Awesome Tesla. Great experience, great service from the AutoFlow Team. I will rent again! They respond quickly to your questions. They do not use a physical fob, but an app which is seamless. Kinda nice...since I am an old guy with phone worries🤔 But all good...you charge the Tesla at the Supercharger and the app bills your C/C. And when you approach the car with your phone, you can open the car door. So don't lose your phone!
