Fantastic Turo experience from start to finish! Our host went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. He was extremely accommodating, even dropping the car off directly at our hotel. When we made an error with the return arrangements, he was incredibly understanding and helpful, and he was more than willing to work with us to change the pickup location. The communication, flexibility, and overall service were outstanding. This was easily one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and I could not recommend this reservation or host highly enough. I would absolutely rent from him again!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The car was very comfortable, clean, reliable, and a pleasure to drive. We liked it very much and had no issues at all during our trip, including crossing the U.S. border and driving in Washington and Oregon. Kash, host was helpful and the whole rental process was smooth and easy. We would definitely rent this car again and highly recommend it to others. Five stars!

Great vehicle to drive and get around with, room for storage and spacious. No issues at all and the pickup and drop off were very simple and straight forward. Closer UBER ride to the airport. Only criticism if I had one was just the smell of the vehicle was a bit musky so would recommend and air freshener and eventually doing a deep clean on the cloth part of the seat as it was a bit more dirty than showed in pics. Not really a deal breaker for the price of the vehicle though. Other than that I would still rent again with this host as they responded quickly.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The owner is great with all of his communication. Pick up and drop off at the airport is a breeze. Price point is very fair. Car is clean, in wonderful condition and fun to drive. You can tell the owner really cares about the vehicle. He even left a free bottle of water which was a very nice touch. We are a family of five from South Korea, and we used this vehicle to travel around Vancouver, Whistler, and Victoria. It was the perfect car for our family trip—comfortable, reliable, and a pleasure to drive. From the moment we picked up the vehicle until we returned it, everything went smoothly. Berry was an excellent host! The car was spotless, very fuel efficient, and exactly as described. Berry was also very helpful throughout the rental process, texting us the pickup location and reminding us to upload our driver's licence exactly 24 hours before the rental, which made everything go smoothly. Using Turo was a fabulous experience! The car provided by Richmond Hyundai was absolutely wonderful! It was extremely clean and more than enough space for us. Great hire! Vehicle was amazing, clean and in good working order. Communication was was excellent and pickup location worked ok - it wasn't a residential area (was in a car sales auto mall type area) but was safe and easy enough at 1am 🌚. Would rent the same again.

I feel like my family and I seriously lucked out renting Frankies Infiniti QX60. I was having a difficult time booking with the traditional rental agencies as Hertz had no suitable cars to rent even 1-2 months out from our planned arrival and Enterprise emailed me last minute to try to change our reservation. This car has AWD with snow tires equipped for our trip up to Whistler,was in excellent drivable edition, and Frankie even lent us a winter ice brush/scraper which came in very handy as we had to drive and stay in snowy conditions up in the mountains for the week. Communication was excellent from start to finish, Frankie was extremely flexible when I requested a drop-off time 1 hr later than I had originally planned, and I was able to drop the car off in the parking lot without having to meet him at the end of the trip so I could be on my way. Thank you Frankie for letting me rent this vehicle, will def reach out again if we come back in the future.
