The e-tron is an all-electric, five-seat luxury SUV built for calm, confident miles. As an Audi car rental, it pairs two motors and quattro all-wheel drive with a 95 kWh battery. Inside, the cabin stays hushed, so conversations and playlists carry the trip.
On Turo, you book your Audi e-tron car rental from a local vehicle owner and choose the pickup or delivery option that fits your plans. Options vary by listing, so check the model year and features before you book.
e-tron specs
Range

Acceleration
0-60 mph in 5.5 sec
Top speed

The e-tron answers your right foot the moment you press it. Its two motors make 355 hp, rising to 402 hp and 490 lb-ft in Boost mode for a 0–60 mph sprint in 5.5 seconds. Quattro all-wheel drive puts that power down through all four wheels.
The e-tron splits its controls across dual touchscreens. A 10.1-inch upper screen runs infotainment, and an 8.6-inch lower screen handles climate. Behind the wheel, the 12.3-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit keeps speed, navigation, and range in your line of sight.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect your phone, so your maps and playlists ride along. Quad-zone climate lets front and rear passengers on each side set their own temperature — goodbye, thermostat debates. Check the listing for available Bang & Olufsen audio if sound matters to you.
The e-tron seats five, and standard air suspension smooths out rough pavement for a composed, relaxed ride. A standard panoramic sunroof brightens the cabin, whether you're crossing a desert highway or circling downtown. Back-seat passengers get the same quiet, airy feel as the front row.
You get 28.5 cubic feet behind the rear seats and 56.5 cubic feet with them folded. That's room for suitcases, strollers, or a weekend's worth of gear. A power liftgate opens with a button, and a front storage area keeps the charging cable out of your luggage.
The e-tron shines when comfort and quiet matter most — family road trips, weekend escapes, or a week of city errands. It's also a smart way to live with an electric SUV before you buy, learning how charging and range fit your routine. Compare more electric vehicle rentals to find your match.

Three strengths set the e-tron apart: fast charging, trip-ready range, and towing capability.
The e-tron charges 0–80% in about 30 minutes at a 150 kW DC fast charger. That's roughly the length of a lunch stop, so long drives keep moving. Plan your stops around fast chargers on your route, and you'll spend more time exploring than waiting.
For slower top-ups, a 9.6 kW Level 2 charger takes the battery 0–100% in about 10.5 hours. That's ideal for overnight charging at your hotel. The 2023 e-tron also supports Plug&Charge at compatible stations, so a session can start when you plug in.
An e-tron can go up to 222 miles on a full charge, based on its EPA-estimated range. It's rated at 78 MPGe city, 77 MPGe highway, and 78 MPGe combined. That's enough reach for a full day of exploring, with charging stops planned around the longer legs.
Your actual range will vary with weather, speed, and accessory use. Cold mornings, higher highway speeds, and a hard-working heater all draw more energy from the battery. Build a buffer into your plan, keep an eye on the range display, and top up before the numbers get tight.
The e-tron can tow up to 4,000 lbs when properly equipped. That puts a small trailer for a move or weekend project within reach. Check the listing to confirm the vehicle you book has the right equipment.
The e-tron also earned a place in history as the first all-electric Audi vehicle offered in North America. Its battery carries an eight-year/100,000-mile warranty, so Audi backs the battery for the long haul. For more choices in the same class, browse luxury SUV rentals on Turo.

A little prep makes your e-tron trip easier. Know the controls, the charging rules, and the pricing before you go.
Start with the listing: check the model year, trim, and included features before you book. The e-tron's two-screen layout and Boost mode may be new to you, so take a few minutes at pickup to explore the controls. To compare more options by city, browse Audi rentals in Los Angeles, Audi cars in San Francisco, or Audi models in Miami.
Smart charging habits keep your e-tron trip on schedule and clear of surprise fees.
Photograph the charge level. Snap the battery percentage at pickup and again at return for a clear record.
Plan your charging stops. Map DC fast chargers along longer routes, since a 0–80% charge takes about 30 minutes.
Prepare for the weather. Heat and cold can trim range, so precondition the cabin while it's still plugged in.
Return the same charge level. Bring the e-tron back at its pickup charge level, since returning below 20% can trigger a $20 low-battery fee.
The cost to rent an e-tron on Turo depends on the listing. Each local vehicle owner sets the price, which varies by year, trip length, location, and extras. You'll see all mandatory fees upfront before you book.
You can save in a few ways. Book four or more days ahead for a 10% non-refundable discount, and look for duration discounts on three-day, weekly, and monthly trips. Trips of 30 days or more have no trip fee on a long-term car rental (exceptions apply in parts of Los Angeles and New York).

A young driver fee applies to guests ages 18–24.

Charge your e-tron at public stations, and return it with the same charge level it had at pickup. Most public stations accept cards, and the e-tron's 222-mile EPA-estimated range gives you room to plan stops. Take photos of the charge level at pickup and return.
If you return the e-tron with less charge, the local vehicle owner can invoice a recharging fee of $5–$25 based on the battery difference. Returning it below 20% adds a $20 low-battery fee.
