Jackie and her crew literally saved my entire trip! I had booked a large vehicle weeks in advance for my 40th birthday trip, only to have the host cancel my vehicle 1 hour prior to pick up, while I was inflight to LAX. Turo reimbursed my Lyft to my hotel, and Jackie and her crew brought the cleanest, nicest Audio Q7 to my hotel the following morning. The car was perfect during my trip, and they met me just outside of the airport to drop off, and then drove me to the airport.
