I had an exceptional experience renting from John and his team. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, generous, and highly communicative, making the entire process seamless and stress free. I rented a Mercedes B-Class for three months, and it exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was immaculate, comfortable, easy to drive, and surprisingly fuel efficient. It was reliable throughout the entire rental period and made every trip enjoyable. John and his team also have an impressive range of luxury vehicles to choose from, so there’s something to suit every occasion and preference. Their attention to detail, customer service, and commitment to ensuring a great experience really set them apart. The pick up and drop off process was simple and convenient, with clear instructions that made everything effortless. I highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for a premium, hassle free luxury car rental experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. Thank you for the outstanding service! David was communicative, pickup and drop off was easy with clear instructions, car drove well, overall very satisfied with our experience. Great cost friendly alternative to bigger car rental companies with a lot more flexibility, but come with the right expectations (i.e. don't expect a squeaky clean car)

The car was amazing. There were a few blemishes inside and outside the car, but considering the age and mileage of the car it was to be expected. Did not impact the experience whatsoever. The check engine light was on but again did not bother me. Overall, great value for the price and the car was amazing to drive.

The car rental process was very easy and smooth. Suraj, the owner, personally brought the car key to the meeting point, which I really appreciated. I prefer this much more than using a lockbox, as I’ve had issues with passcodes before. The car was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable to drive. Communication with the owner was excellent — he was easy to contact and replied to messages quickly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this rental.

Mr. John upgraded my rental car free of charge, which let me experience the charm of a GT for the first time. This Mustang made my Great Ocean Road trip incredibly enjoyable. Meanwhile, Mr. John thoughtfully prepared an umbrella and water in the car. I will definitely rent a car from him again when I come to Melbourne next time.
