First time using Turo, and we had an exceptional experience with Marianna, Brad and the team. Pickup from our location was seamless, and they even left the keys at reception after our travel plans changed at the last minute. We had an issue midway through the hire when the battery failed, but Brad had it replaced and the car back with us within a couple of hours. The car was clean, in near-new condition, and despite the unexpected battery issue, the service was outstanding. We’d happily recommend them to anyone.

We recently rented Fabian’s Kia Carnival for our family trip around NSW, and it was honestly one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. The car was perfect. It was spacious, super comfortable, and drove really well. It fit our whole family easily, and the ride was smooth the entire way. My family loved every bit of the trip, and a big part of that was how relaxed we felt in the Kia Carnival. Fabian was also great to deal with. He was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process simple. Would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!
