Spacious, solid, sturdy, complete with Maui bumper stickers… Really felt like I was living the island life. The van is older but well maintained, AC in working order, drives well and smoothly. Pick up and drop off was super seamless. Would happily recommend to families visit Maui!

The Toyota Sienna was immaculate and such a fun car to haul 5 women in. We had 5 large suitcases. 3 medium, and 5 backpacks backpacks. It was tight but we got it all in. Danny was so attentive and responsive. Comparing my next car on Kauai from Budget, the car was not only dirty but still wet, inside and out. It was just as big and cost me much more. Danny's price was reasonable. I highly recommend Turo and Danny's car.

The car was in very good condition, and communication with Crystal was excellent. If I were to rent a car again, I would definitely do so.

Yong was an excellent host for the RAV4, it was nice to have a SUV rental so close to my hotel on Waikiki. The car was well kept, USB connections available to charge the phones, and bluetooth connectivity is a bonus if you want to setup audio on your drive. Yong was just great and very communicative and flexible too since we actually ended early our Turo earlier than expected. Thank you again! I hope to Turo again with you the next time we visit.

Absolutely the best car for the Big Island if you have a group of 5 or more. Car fit our family of 8 comfortably, with out any fights in the 3rd row. The Toyota Sienna is the way to go! The Host were also on their game and very accommodating. The car was equip and ready to go, even a spare set of snorkel equipment in the truck. There is no reason to rent a car from the Airport, Turo is the way to go for now on! Mahalo!

Although it was our first time using this app to rent a car for a trip and we weren’t very familiar with some of the procedures, our Australia trip still ended very smoothly and safely. The owner was also very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Definitely recommended.

I will break my car rental experience (November, 2025) into 3 parts: Turo, car provider and vehicle. Turo. First time to use this app. Overall, simple and intuitive to use. It is a good option when compared to the traditional car rental companies. It was really nice not having to wait at the service rental counter. Car provider. Once you finish with the Turo process, you finalize all the details with the car owner. Daniel was exceptional to work with. He was timely and thorough with his responses to all my inquiries. Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled. I contacted Daniel and he had the car immediately available for my use. He was honest and trustworthy. At the end of the trip, I identified what I thought was a new chip in the paint. He reported it was present before the rental and not an issue. There is comfort in knowing there was no hidden agenda. Vehicle, Toyota Corolla, 2015. Don't let the age or size of the car deter you. The car was clean, dependable and satisfied all of my needs for 2 people. Hawaii may be dramatic with its natural wonders, but it is stingy with the parking spaces and roads (think road to Hana and Haleakala Volcano). We were happy to be driving this car instead of the SUVs and Jeeps that populated the parking lots and narrow, twisting roads. Overall, I would recommend Turo and HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his Toyota Corolla for your car rental needs in Maui.

The first experience of renting from Turo was very memorable. Especially with the car owner Mr Sourabh. Mr Sourabh was very helpful in every question we asked. He was always ready when we needed him. We come to Oahu quite a bit, and this rental worked out perfectly for our family. We were moving our daughter out of her dorm for the summer, so having a comfortable SUV with plenty of storage space in the back made a huge difference. It handled luggage, boxes, and beach gear easily without everyone feeling cramped. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive around the island. Whether we were running errands in town or spending the day exploring different parts of Oahu, it was reliable and enjoyable the entire trip. Compared to the major rental companies where even tiny cars can cost a fortune in Hawaii, this was a much better value. We’ve also used Hui before, but if you’re out exploring for more than a couple hours, the cost adds up fast. Having this vehicle available the whole trip gave us way more flexibility and convenience without the stress. Would absolutely rent again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!
