Everything was perfect i was a little late for picking up the car due to europcar and I was alot further from the pick-up location the host was more than happy to bring the car to me he was very helpful and polite the car was perfect it was an absolute dream to drive drop off went just as well as pick-up we got lost on the way being new to the city the host was also helpful again on drop off by contacting us to give directions he wasn't mad that we couldn't find our way and happily stayed on the phone until we knew where we were and was even willing to give us a lift to our next rental if we needed really could not be happier the car and service from the host it was the highlight of the trip
