Great experience overall! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the whole rental process very easy. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and convenient. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend!😍😍😍
Location and host were great and very accomodating. Had a slight issue with the car battery (just a luck of the draw type of thing) but the assistance we recieved to help and rectify the situation was top notch! It was a good stress test of all the processes and procedures within Turo and I really cant fault the assistance we recived.

Pick and drop off was seamless. I had a small issue but the team were great in helping me deal with it. For the best and most cost effective Turo's in the area, I wouldn't go anywhere else and have already booked my next trip!
Best trip ever, car was exceptional great on fuel Fantastic weekend thanks to Turo and GoWheely thankyou
Victor is a really good guy! He helped me after incident with car rental and gave best offer
Car was excellent and Minh is an absolute legend. Really appreciate him making the trip as easy as possible. Thank you very much mate.

Great experience and great host, I had the pleasure to rent out this wonderful car and it did not disappoint one bit, if you’re looking for a head turner and a comfortable ride this is the perfect ride, the host was very respectful and easy to get along with. Worth every penny spent to rent this car and a great owner thank you so much for the opportunity.
Owner are very friendly and nice. The car is perfect. No complain at all. Very great experience for the first time I use Turo . And rent a ev car. I definitely will back again!
An awesome must try experience! Mid-engine means very balanced car and very nice handling, smooth V6 power and with the roof open in the sunshine its just an absolute sensation. Ben is the best host by far on this platform also. Cheers again for the experience.

Car was in good condition and clean. Communication was prompt and clear. Pick up and drop off was easy, with a short Uber trip between accommodation and car location provided.

Nice, clean, economical car, people were friendly and flexible when I needed to extend my trip 3 times.
The car was great, lovely to drive. Absolutely amazing on fuel, couldn’t believe how little it used for our trip. Peter was really informative and on hand for any questions whenever needed. I’d highly recommend this car!
Had a great experience with XDRIVE. The host was friendly, easy to work with, and made everything simple from pickup to drop off. The M340i was an excellent car and a lot of fun to drive. If I’m ever back in Sydney, I’d definitely rent from them again!
I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!

Third time around and loved the Car it was immaculate to drive and Christian is top notch with his customer service definitely a go to if you want some nice cars at a good price in Sydney

The car is clean and good condition, Millie always good with communicate, the best experience
The car was immaculatly clean and really enjoyed it for the drive on our weekend trip. Great to have the top down on a sunny weekend. Instructions for all pick up, drop off and car operation very clear.

With your car hire, you can easily transport beach gear and explore the surrounding area. Parking is available near the beach, but it can get busy during peak times. Consider arriving early to secure a spot. After your beach day, take a short drive to nearby cafes and restaurants for a delicious meal with ocean views.
The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is a must-do activity, offering breathtaking ocean views and scenic landscapes. While the walk itself is best done on foot, having a hired car allows you to easily access different entry points along the route. Remember to pack comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and water for your coastal adventure.
Hidden between Coogee and Clovelly, Gordon's Bay is a secluded gem worth exploring. This small, picturesque bay is known for its clear waters and excellent snorkelling opportunities. With your car rental, you can easily transport snorkelling gear and picnic supplies. Parking is limited in the area, so consider arriving early or parking a short distance away and enjoying a brief walk. After your visit, take a scenic drive along the coast to discover other hidden beaches and bays in the Eastern Suburbs.

When booking a car hire in Coogee, consider these tips: Reserve early on Turo for the best selection, especially during peak seasons. Choose a vehicle that suits your plans – a compact car for city driving or a larger vehicle for coastal road trips. Look for extras like GPS navigation or beach gear to enhance your experience. Consider a car with good fuel efficiency for longer drives. Remember to familiarise yourself with local parking regulations, as some areas in Coogee have time limits or permit requirements.
Coogee Beach offers several convenient pickup locations for car hires booked on Turo. Many hosts on Turo provide flexible pickup options near this popular Sydney suburb. You might find hired cars available at local parking areas or nearby residential streets in Coogee. Some hosts may offer delivery to your accommodation or meeting point in the area. Additionally, pickup locations can often be found in neighbouring suburbs like Randwick or Maroubra. For those arriving by public transport, hosts on Turo may arrange pickup near bus stops along Arden Street or Coogee Bay Road. Remember to communicate with your chosen host to determine the most suitable pickup location for your car hire in Coogee, ensuring a smooth start to your New South Wales adventure.
Coogee offers breathtaking coastal drives that highlight the stunning beauty of New South Wales. The Grand Pacific Drive, starting just south of Sydney, winds along the coastline, offering spectacular ocean views. As you cruise in your hired car, you'll pass through charming seaside towns and the iconic Sea Cliff Bridge. Another picturesque route is the Kosciuszko Alpine Way, which takes you through the Snowy Mountains, showcasing a different side of NSW's natural beauty. For a shorter trip, the drive from Coogee to Watsons Bay via the eastern suburbs provides stunning harbour vistas and access to secluded beaches. Remember to take breaks at scenic lookouts to fully appreciate the coastal splendour.
Finding parking in Coogee can be challenging, especially on popular beach days. However, several options exist for visitors with hired cars. The Coogee Beach car park offers convenient spots, but it fills quickly during peak times. Consider arriving early to secure a space. Alternatively, explore nearby side streets for free parking, keeping an eye out for time restrictions. Some local businesses offer paid parking facilities, which can be a reliable option during busy periods. It's worth checking out the council website for up-to-date parking information and potential closures. Remember to always read parking signs carefully to avoid fines. If parking proves difficult, consider parking further away and enjoying a coastal walk to the beach.
When exploring Coogee and its surroundings, choosing the right car hire can enhance your experience. For city driving and easy parking, a compact or mid-size car is ideal, offering good fuel efficiency and manoeuvrability in Coogee's sometimes narrow streets. If you're planning to venture beyond the city to explore New South Wales' diverse landscapes, an SUV might be more suitable, providing comfort and stability on varying road conditions. For those focused on fuel economy, consider a hybrid or electric vehicle, which are becoming increasingly popular in Australia. Beach enthusiasts might appreciate a car with ample boot space for carrying beach gear. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your specific itinerary and preferences for your Coogee adventure.
Coogee and its surrounding areas offer several reliable options for refuelling your hired car. In Coogee itself, you'll find petrol stations along major roads like Coogee Bay Road and Anzac Parade. For more choices, nearby suburbs such as Randwick and Maroubra have additional stations. It's advisable to plan your refuelling stops, especially if you're heading out for longer drives along the New South Wales coast. Many stations in the area are open 24/7, providing convenience for early morning or late-night refills. Some larger supermarkets in the vicinity also have fuel stations, often offering competitive prices. Remember to check your car hire's fuel type before refilling, and consider using fuel price comparison apps to find the best deals in the Coogee area.
Driving safely in Coogee during peak holiday seasons requires extra caution and preparation. Always adhere to local speed limits, which can vary in residential areas. Be especially vigilant for pedestrians and cyclists, as Coogee's popularity means busy streets, particularly near the beach. During summer, be prepared for sudden weather changes that can affect driving conditions. Allow extra travel time to account for holiday traffic, especially on weekends. Familiarise yourself with local parking regulations to avoid fines. If you're not used to driving on the left side of the road, take extra care, particularly at roundabouts. Stay alert for public transport, including buses, which are common in the area. Lastly, never drink and drive – Australian laws are strict, and penalties are severe.
Planning a relaxing road trip from Coogee to the Blue Mountains in your car hire can be a delightful experience. Start early to avoid Sydney's peak traffic and take the M4 Motorway westward. Consider stopping at Parramatta for a brief historical tour before continuing your journey. As you approach the mountains, take the scenic Great Western Highway for breathtaking views. Plan stops at charming towns like Leura or Katoomba to break up the drive and explore local cafes and shops. Don't miss iconic lookouts such as Echo Point for stunning vistas of the Three Sisters. Pack comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes for potential bushwalks. Remember to check your hired car's fuel levels and tyre pressure before embarking on the trip, ensuring a smooth and worry-free journey to this natural wonder of New South Wales.
The drive from Coogee to Royal National Park offers several scenic rest stops and lookout points. As you leave Coogee, consider a brief stop at Maroubra Beach for a stretch and ocean views. Continuing south, the Kamay Botany Bay National Park provides a perfect opportunity to pause and enjoy panoramic vistas of the bay. The Bald Hill Lookout, just before entering Royal National Park, offers breathtaking coastal views and is a popular spot for hang gliding enthusiasts. Within the park itself, Wattamolla Beach is a picturesque location for a rest, featuring a lagoon and waterfall. Don't miss the Coast Track lookouts, which provide stunning ocean vistas. Remember to bring your camera to capture the beauty of New South Wales' coastline during these stops.
Preparing your car hire for the hot Australian summer around Coogee is crucial for a comfortable and safe journey. First, ensure the air conditioning system is working efficiently to combat the heat. Check that all windows can be opened for ventilation if needed. It's wise to keep a few bottles of water in the car for hydration. Consider using sun shades for the windscreen and windows when parked to keep the interior cooler. Before long trips, check the tyre pressure, as heat can affect it. Be prepared for sudden summer storms by ensuring the windscreen wipers are in good condition. Lastly, familiarise yourself with the car's cooling system and warning lights to quickly identify any overheating issues. These preparations will help ensure a pleasant driving experience in Coogee's summer climate.
