Thank you for your feedback, Hasseebuddin.
Sometimes there are factors that are beyond our control. The guest before you returned the car late and we offered you a complimentary upgrade to a better model.
We would also appreciate it if you could let us know you had a puncture occurs during your trip, rather than simply repairing the tyre yourself. Unfortunately, the repair was not completed properly, and we now need to change tyres now.
Great car, clean, the owner is super easy to communicate with I would definitely recommend them !!!

Suichi was extremely helpful and the vehicle was so comfortable to drive for my trip to Canberra. It was my first time using Turo and Suichi made the whole experience very enjoyable. Would definitely hire from him again.

Great car, friendly and seamless pick up including drop off at the airport too! Will definitely rent a car with them again 😊

I had a great experience renting the 2021 BMW 2 Series. The car was comfortable, stylish and really enjoyable to drive. It handled very well, had plenty of power and felt smooth and refined throughout the trip.
The car was also clean and well maintained when I picked it up. Overall, it was a great choice for a rental and I would definitely consider renting it again. Highly recommended!
