Victor is a really good guy! He helped me after incident with car rental and gave best offer
Sry for the delay, it was my first car rent in Australia, Super rental thanks you for ur car
Edward has been so so kind and nice, helpful all along from the beginning to the end of this trip. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to rent a car. He gave us all the valuable insights about traveling as well. He even offered a lift going back to the city(maybe it's because it was too late) anyway, he was the best guy on Turo.
Great communication from Ben and clean car on pickup. Super easy to deal with, would highly recommend to anyone.
The car was clean, and perfect for the weekend trip we had planned. Peter was clear and communicative when it came to the pick up/ drop off of the car. And great communication throughout the weekend to ensure a smooth trip. Would definitely recommend and use Peter’s car again.

Great experience overall. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout, and both pickup and drop-off were seamless. The car itself was solid and comfortable to drive, with plenty of boot space, which was a real bonus for a trip. Would highly recommend!
The car quality was great. The system is thorough to check in and out. They check in during your trip to make sure everything is okay. The car was clean. It was a super smooth experience aiding in our Australian adventures! I would certainly recommend!!
I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!

Great car! No trouble, passenger door doesn’t unlock but no drama, great host and great service. Thanks for the trip! Would recommend

The car is super clean. Amazing service. We are so happh with Alan's cars. Thank you so much

Very easy to deal with. Car was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend :)

Great communication, beautiful car with nice consumption for one week long trip.

Good price and good and easy service. but the car was also kinda old and the drivers seat was quite damaged
David is a great and considerate host . He was prompt with all my queries and was also very accommodating in making a last minute change to our booking dates . The car is nice , handles well and smooth to drive . Highly recommended!

2nd time user of this vehicle. Super clean car, efficient owner and simple process. Recommend.

Communication was amazing, car was perfect for our weekend away. Definitely will be using again 👏🏽
Great car, easy to drive, easy parking (parking sensors and reverse camera) very central location to pick up too. Will be availing of car again. Highly recommend

When booking a car hire in North Bondi, consider these helpful tips: Book early on Turo to secure your preferred vehicle type, whether it's a compact car for city driving or an SUV for beach trips. Look for extras like a backup camera or bike rack to enhance your experience. Check for vehicles with keyless entry or blind spot warning for added convenience and safety. Remember to choose a car that suits the local terrain and your planned activities to make the most of your North Bondi adventure.
In North Bondi, guests can find convenient pickup locations for hired cars that offer great benefits. The bustling Bondi Beach area is a popular spot, allowing guests to start their journey right by the iconic shoreline. Campbell Parade, the main street running parallel to the beach, offers several pickup points, making it easy for guests to begin their North Bondi adventure. These locations benefit guests by providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, some hosts on Turo offer delivery options to nearby areas like Bondi Junction, which is home to a major transport hub and shopping centre. This flexibility in pickup locations allows guests to tailor their car hire experience to their specific needs, whether they're looking for a compact car for city driving or an SUV for exploring the broader New South Wales region.
North Bondi offers several parking options for visitors with hired cars. The area around Bondi Beach has both metered street parking and dedicated car parks. Campbell Parade, running parallel to the beach, provides limited paid street parking. For longer stays, consider the Wilson Parking facility on Wairoa Avenue, which offers covered parking. Remember to check signage carefully, as some areas have time restrictions. During peak seasons, arrive early to secure a spot. Alternatively, explore nearby residential streets for free parking, but be mindful of permit zones. Some cafes and shops in North Bondi may validate parking for customers, so it's worth inquiring if you plan to dine or shop in the area.
North Bondi serves as an excellent starting point for breathtaking coastal drives. The iconic Grand Pacific Drive southward offers stunning ocean views and passes through charming coastal towns. Heading north, the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park drive combines bushland scenery with glimpses of sparkling waterways. For a shorter trip, cruise along the Eastern Suburbs coastline, taking in Coogee, Maroubra, and Clovelly beaches. The Palm Beach drive, passing through the Northern Beaches, is another popular route with picturesque vistas. These scenic journeys showcase Australia's diverse coastal beauty, from rugged cliffs to pristine beaches. Remember to pack sunscreen and water, and take regular breaks to fully appreciate the views and local attractions along these routes.
When exploring New South Wales in extreme heat, preparation is key for a safe and comfortable journey. Firstly, ensure your hired car's air conditioning is functioning properly before setting off. Carry plenty of water and stay hydrated throughout your trip. It's wise to plan your route in advance, identifying rest stops and petrol stations along the way. Try to avoid driving during the hottest part of the day, typically between 11 am and 3 pm. Pack sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself during stops. Check your vehicle's tyre pressure, as heat can affect it. If possible, park in shaded areas to keep the car cooler. Lastly, be aware of the signs of heat exhaustion and take regular breaks to avoid fatigue while driving in these challenging conditions.
For navigating North Bondi's beachside streets and surrounding areas, compact or mid-size cars are often ideal. These vehicles offer good manoeuvrability in tight spaces and are easier to park in busy beachside locations. If you're planning to explore beyond North Bondi, consider a small SUV for added comfort on longer drives. For those seeking a more luxurious experience, a premium sedan could be a great choice, providing comfort for coastal cruises. If you're travelling with a group or carrying surf gear, a larger SUV or van might be more suitable. Electric vehicles are also becoming popular, with charging stations available in the area. Ultimately, the best car type depends on your specific needs, but these options should cover most scenarios for exploring North Bondi and its beautiful surroundings.
North Bondi and its surrounding areas offer several reliable petrol stations for guests with hired cars. In nearby Bondi Junction, you'll find a conveniently located BP station on Oxford Street. Heading towards Rose Bay, there's a Shell station on Old South Head Road. For those exploring towards the city, a Caltex Woolworths station can be found on New South Head Road in Edgecliff. These stations are well-maintained and offer a range of fuel types. It's advisable to refuel before heading on longer trips, especially if you're planning coastal drives. Many of these stations also have convenience stores for snacks and essentials. Remember to check your hired car's fuel type before filling up, and keep an eye on fuel prices, which can vary between stations.
When driving in and around Sydney, guests should be aware that peak hour traffic can significantly impact travel times. Morning rush typically occurs between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, while evening peak is from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The Sydney Harbour Bridge and tunnel are often congested during these times. If possible, plan your trips outside these hours for a smoother journey. When leaving North Bondi, expect heavy traffic on main roads like Bondi Road and Old South Head Road during peak times. Consider using real-time traffic apps to navigate around congestion. Parking in the CBD can be challenging and expensive during business hours, so public transport might be a better option for city visits. Remember that school zones are in effect on weekdays, reducing speed limits in these areas during specific times.
The coastal drives near North Bondi offer numerous rest stops and lookout points, perfect for breaking up your journey and soaking in the stunning views. Heading south, you'll find the iconic Gap Park lookout in Watsons Bay, offering panoramic ocean vistas. Further along, stop at Clovelly Bowling Club for a unique clifftop view. Northward, the Dudley Page Reserve in Dover Heights provides sweeping harbour views. For longer drives, the Royal National Park south of Sydney boasts several scenic lookouts, including Wattamolla and Garie Beach. These stops not only offer breathtaking photo opportunities but also provide facilities like toilets and picnic areas. Remember to park safely and follow any signage at these locations. Taking regular breaks at these scenic spots enhances your driving experience and allows you to fully appreciate the coastal beauty surrounding North Bondi.
Planning a road trip from North Bondi to the Blue Mountains can be an exciting adventure. Start by mapping out your route, which typically involves taking the M4 Motorway westward. Plan to leave early to avoid Sydney's peak hour traffic. Pack plenty of water, snacks, and warm clothing as temperatures can be cooler in the mountains. Consider stopping at Parramatta or Penrith for a break and to explore these historic areas. Once in the Blue Mountains, key attractions include the Three Sisters lookout in Katoomba and Scenic World for panoramic views. The charming town of Leura offers quaint shops and cafes, perfect for lunch. Don't forget to check your hired car's tyre pressure before the trip, as the mountain roads can be winding. Lastly, keep an eye on weather conditions, as they can change quickly in the mountains.
