David was communicative, pickup and drop off was easy with clear instructions, car drove well, overall very satisfied with our experience. Great cost friendly alternative to bigger car rental companies with a lot more flexibility, but come with the right expectations (i.e. don't expect a squeaky clean car)

Good value for the price. However the owner seems to not see the messages (comments on dirty inside), we only received automatic messages.

Great, very accommodating and easy to deal with. I’d rent from him again.

sometimes car key takes a couple of tries but overall good drive and trip!

the car is very comfortable and clean. the host is really friendly and easy to communicate as well. will definitely do another trip once im back in Melbourne.
Absolutely loved this car! It was spotless, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. The host made everything so easy with clear communication and a seamless pickup and return. Overall, an excellent experience car was amazing and very stylish 😁 I'd definitely rent from them again and I Highly recommended! Thanks again Courtney

Host was easy to deal with, car was amazing to drive, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to Melbourne.

While the car has some minor cosmetic body damage, like paint scratches, it was in perfect running order and we have no complaints. Communication, pick up, and drop off were extremely easy. I would rent this car again in a heartbeat.
The car rental process was very easy and smooth. Suraj, the owner, personally brought the car key to the meeting point, which I really appreciated. I prefer this much more than using a lockbox, as I’ve had issues with passcodes before. The car was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable to drive. Communication with the owner was excellent — he was easy to contact and replied to messages quickly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this rental.
Has to change car last minute due to unforeseen circumstances but Ajay was helpful and sorted everything out. Car was clean and worked well for our day trip

As always everything when smooth… very happy with the service and the car .
Minh was really helpful regarding pick up and drop off times, and the Kia was perfect for our little road trip - recommend!

Easy going owner, well-maintained and lovely car. Pick up and return process is simple and hassle-free.
Great experience. The car was fantastic. Very clear instructions to pick up the car and drop the car off. Will definitely be using the service again.

Consider using navigation apps that provide real-time traffic updates to avoid congested areas. Alternatively, plan your journey to avoid the busiest times, typically between 7-9 AM and 4-6 PM on weekdays. If possible, use major arterial roads like the Western Ring Road or Geelong Road, which often move faster than local streets. Public transport options can also be worth considering for city commutes. If you're planning coastal drives or trips to the mountains, a car with good fuel economy and reliable performance is essential. Keep your vehicle in good condition and carry a spare tyre. Lastly, take regular breaks on long drives to stay alert and enjoy the journey around Victoria.

During winter, particularly if heading to alpine regions, consider carrying chains and be prepared for icy roads. In autumn and spring, be cautious of fallen leaves or unexpected rain that can make roads slippery. Always check weather forecasts before long drives and pack appropriate clothing. It's wise to keep an umbrella and sunglasses in your car year-round. Ensure your vehicle's tyres, wipers, and lights are in good condition to handle diverse weather.
