The car itself was spotless, fun to drive, and perfect for exploring the island. But what really made the experience exceptional was Gabriel. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. If I could give 20 stars to Colleen and Mike I totally would! They are the best! If you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to travel to Kauai do yourself a solid and rent a car from them! They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful! The truck was reliable and pretty good on gas! We traveled all over the island and only had to fill up 1 1/2 time in 4 days! Jimmy is a great host, communication was on point! Van was clean, easy to drive and I had no problems. They dropped off the van earlier than the drop off time which was great, so I didn’t have to worry about that. I will definitely rent from Jimmy again, especially this van!

The car was fantastic, perfect for exploring Oahu. The car was dropped off a bit late, but the host bought me breakfast and allowed for a later return, which made up for it. Next time we're on the island we'll be looking to rent a car from Tom again!
