good vehicle and we had no issues at all. fit our entire family!

Car was clean. It worked fine. However, it was originally listed as a 12 passenger van. I thought that’s what I was getting. When I arrived two seats were taken out. I could not accommodate for my event. Also a seatbelt didn’t work properly making this unsafe for passengers.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review. But there were too many things that we were really disappointed with. And their response when I told them was “we’ll look into it”.
There was a missing part on the outside driver side of the vehicle. That was not shown in the rental pictures.
The inside of the vehicle had several things broken in it, including that the air conditioner vents. All the vents throughout the vehicle did not work. Only the very front vents had air coming out of them. There’s a hole on the floor at the driver’s seat.
There were words scratched into the front dash.
The vehicle was dirty. The most obvious was the dirty foot prints inside the vehicle but it was clearly not wiped clean.
This was a work vehicle and that should have been made much clearer in the rental. Or a lot more effort needs to go into making it a rental for family vacationers.
The pick up and drop off location was in an industrial area with two strip clubs close by. With no available parking spots at drop off.
The host did respond quickly to inquiries.
