This vehicle was not as advertised. It is advertised as a 15 passenger van but it is only a 12 passenger van with 2 seats unavailable, so 10 seats. We booked this van to minimize the amount of cars we needed when we had family in town. Due to the 5 seat difference we still needed to take extra cars to events. Due to this issue at pickup and trying to reach out to turo, some of us were also late to events. The van was clean but not as advertised.
